Getting Back to the Sailboat Restoration Project

2012 has a lot in store for the Lady Iris, 2011 didn’t have much action due to a different set of priorities but 2009 and the beginning of 2010 held a lot of changes and updates on this sailboat. It’s time to tackle the inside and make her feel beautiful again.

Although I have loved staying this boat just the way she is, I know the experience will be even better having the bulkheads finished, the ceilings re-finished and all of the wood stained again.  I even bought a new video camera (the Kodak Zi8 Pocket Video Camera ) to starting adding a more interactive experience to this blog, I just find that I actually learn a little more if I can read the post and watch a quick video clip.  So let’s see how 2012 goes …
